Sorry...

It's been a while. I do have more pictures to upload- I just don't have them with me right now. So it's a pictureless post. I am just tired of seeing that same post with the crate and barrel boxes.

So life is just as crazy as ever. This week it feels even more so. I finish at my Practicum site on Wed. Which is good and bad (Mostly good though) it's just that i have to catch up on mountains of paperwork that I have been putting off all year. It's kind of ridiculous. I will be turning in my last hours sheet next week and will receive my actual degree!! I know it's amazing. Then Thursday morning we will leave bright and early for Cedar City Utah to camp for a week with Josh's family. This is a huge and long standing tradition for the Miles family and I am excited to be a part of it! However, I just learned last night that we are "dry camping" for the first time. For those of you who are not familiar with this term, let me educate you. This word can strike fear into the heart of anyone who is a semi-camper. We like nature, we dont mind sleeping in a tent for a few days, but we LOVE coming back to a clean house where your feet dont get dirty 2 seconds after taking a shower.Ok- back on track: "Dry Camping" consists of just picking an area in the wilderness to slap your tent on. No campgrounds, no toilets, no showers. Josh would protest at this last statement- Yes there IS a shower! It's a shower tent!.... oh excuse me, we will have a shower. A shower TENT! and I get to go to the bathroom in the woods- no joke. NOT OK. So needless to say I am a little more nervous about this camping trip than ones I have done in the past.

After we get back from camping, my Mom is coming to Sac Town! Whohoooo!!! She is spending a few days with us before my brother Murphy's wedding in So. Cal. on Sept
6th. I can't wait for all of this- I love seeing my family they are so fun!

Then when we get back- I start my new job! I real job! That pays money! That actually wants me there! It's going to be a miracle. I am really excited for this can you tell?

So there is the update. I will be sure to post more pictures this weekend, when I have both the internet and my pictures in the same place. So until then...

Oh goodness, girl...take some extra soft Charmin TP. If the bears in the woods use it, well...

I deleted my previous comment because we can't have Lizzy looking like a moron with her bad gramar. Anyway, you have managed to make camping sound fun. Meet you there? Except I'll be down the street with my TV, and blow dryer at motel 6!

When is Murphy getting married and to whom??? Must see pics asap!

Hope you had a blast camping...and didn't wipe your bumbum with any shiny, poisonous leaves. Nasty rash that would cause :)

And have fun at Murphy's wedding!! What a big year for the Smitty fam!

I hoped you survived Glorianna! I wasn't really fond of the idea of dry camping either. I had no choice in the matter though, being that we weren't able to go this year. I wish we could have been there, (dry camping and all) I was a bit jealous.
Hope you are doing well.
Love you guys!
